  • Overview

    Responsible for handling all inbound phone calls for SIH Laboratory Services.

    Responsibilities

      • Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
      • Track telephone information and extract weekly and monthly reports.
      • Maintains knowledge of SIH Laboratory programs/services and respond to customer/callers giving accurate information.
      • Dispatch couriers for STAT and routine pick-ups
      • Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics
      • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
      • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
      • Display strong time management and critical thinking skills.

    Qualifications

    Technical Experience: 1 year

    Previous laboratory/medical experience preferred

     

    Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
