The CT Technologist utilizes computerized tomography scanners to produce cross-sectional images and three dimensional reconstructions of patient’s anatomy for diagnosis of medical issues.
The CT Technologist is expected to practice safe procedures and adheres to radiation safety measures under the supervision of the Radiology supervisor or the Radiologist. Specific duties may include but are not limited to:
Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Science
Licensure and Certification: Valid ARRT RT(R)(CT), IEMA and BLS
