  • Overview

    Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for utilizing social media tools and website to promote SIH and for handling phone calls and follow-ups on the SIH call center.


    • Safety
      • Manages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety.
    • Record Keeping
      • Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required.
    • Process Improvement
      • Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system’s process improvement goals.
      • Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams.
    • Role Specific Responsibilities
      • Develops and maintains SIH’s presence in social media as appropriate to achieve goals, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Podcasts, blogs, etc.
      • Develops plans, time lines and processes for completion of web-based projects.
      • Assists in development of new content and updates current content on SIH
      • & SIH Medical Group website(s)
      • Makes recommendations regarding computer technologies necessary to produce the desired results.
      • Stays abreast of advancing technologies and applies new technologies to current projects.
      • Reports regularly to management on social media metrics; and knowledge gained of which platforms are most efficient and successful for accomplishing social media goals.
      • Administers LVM Software including communication to company, attending trainings, and working independently with E-Centaurus Physician Referral Software to produce reports.


    2 years experience in web language and development, computer and database management required. 

    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Graphic Design or related field.
