Responsible for the sterilization, cleaning and care of instruments and supplies.

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, inventories decontaminates, cleans, examines and sterilized surgical instruments.
• Wraps, dates and issues sterile and non-sterile items.
• Inventories, delivers, and stocks storage areas with CS supplies.
• Coordinates supply activities between off-site warehouse and hospital.
• Transmits/receipt of orders/supplies. 
• Manages storage locations, inventory/restock activities.
