$19.00/hr minimum - $28.50/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

  • Responsible for providing administrative support, serving as the main resource for organization of client services for occupational health program. Oversees client protocols and assists employers with on-site occupational health services.

Responsibilities

Job Roles

    • Manages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required.
  • Process Improvement
    • Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system’s process improvement goals.
    • Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based
  • Role Specific Responsibilities
    • Serves as the main resource for on-site client
    • Assists manager in achieving strategic performance goals and financial
    • Coordinates on-site scheduling for occupational health clients; Establish and set schedules according to client needs of all Occupation Med Tech
    • Devise forms for department and update existing forms in
    • Assists department manager with networking events by updating client data base preparing marketing packets, written correspondence and surveys
    • Monitor on a weekly basis list of targeted
    • Update clients regarding occupational health service lines
    • Collaborate with department manager to expand client base and improve
    • Oversees client protocols and assists employers/client as
    • Manages random consortium for employers and generates notification letters per DOT standards.
    • Prepares and organizes employer health fair agendas and
    • Assists with quotes and proposals for services as directed by manager
    • Maintains database of targeted businesses to market
    • Collaborates with other departments as
    • Coordinate requests to assist an improvement and expansion of
    • Track patient/client satisfaction through client service calls, surveys and resolve serve matters.
    • Completes department audits weekly and is responsible for assisting with meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associates degree required, or
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience working in an occupational medicine or healthcare environment

Licenses and Certification

  • DOT/BAT Trainer and Collector Certified
  • CAOHC certified
  • NIOSH certified

Experience and Skills

  • Technical Experience: 3-5 years occupational health experience
